Use

You can assign a new activity or an existing activity to a confirmed employee. In this way, you access activity processing from the employee search.

Features

The different screen areas used for activity processing provide you with various options:

·        The Activity and Contact area displays the properties of the individual activities and the category, status or communication channel. It also displays any notes that have been entered for this activity. You can assign attributes to the activity or change existing attributes.

In this area, you can create a new activity for a selected employee. Enter the required attributes and save your entries.

·        The Activity Clipboard area displays the employee to whom the activity that is currently displayed is assigned. ·        The Follow Up area enables you to assign the activity to a different user by defining a follow up. For more information, see Create and Process Follow Ups.

·        The Last Activities area displays the most recently called or processed activities. You can select an activity directly and go to a detail view or trigger a process.

A screen comprising detailed data exists for each activity. To access this screen, choose Details in the Activity and Contact area. The detailed view displays the communication channels used for this activity. You can also display the employee’s data and data that has been stored in relation to a follow up.
