Use

You can use the inbox search function to display all items in the agent inbox that are assigned to you.

If you do not want to display all items, you can restrict the search to particular criteria. The following search criteria options exist:

·        You can restrict the search to particular inbox item categories. This enables you to search for follow ups, for instance.

·        You can restrict the search to particular priorities. For example, you can display only items with the priority Very High.

·        You can restrict the search to items with a particular status, for example, New.

·        You can enter a period or date for the required items.

Furthermore, you can specify whether and how the hit list is to be sorted. You can sort the items according to the criteria listed.

The system displays the items found in the hit list. To process a particular item, select it in the hit list. Depending on the item type, different processing options exist. For more information, see Process Inbox Items.
