Use

The TREX admin tool (stand-alone) is used to configure and monitor TREX. This tool is a stand-alone program that you can use to administrate TREX independently of the application to which it is connected. You can use this tool on all operating system platforms on which TREX can run.

The menu bar contains general functions that you can use to terminate the TREX admin tool or go to a required area, for example. The functions contained in the menu bar depend on the window that is currently active.

The TREX admin tool consists of several areas. Each area can contain several windows. The navigation bar allows you to quickly move to a window in the area in question You can also use the Topic menu to move to another window.

Note

The application that is connected to TREX normally provides its own administration tools for TREX too. You should use the administration tools provided by the application where possible. Only use the TREX admin tool for the functions that are not available in the administration tools of the application.
