Procedure documentation Creating Customer Contacts Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

       1.      You are in the Process Receivables function. When you exit this function to return to the worklist, a screen for creating customer contacts appears.

       2.      Enter the required data.

If necessary, enter a note. Using the Business Add-In (BAdI) FDM_CCT_DEFAULT you can create a standard note that you can then see and change in the note area. The standard implementation of the BAdI creates a note with information about the promises to pay, dispute cases, and resubmissions that you have created during the customer contact.

       3.      Save your entries.

After you save, the system returns to the worklist.

In addition to this procedure, you can start to enter the customer contact in the function Process Receivables. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with the quick info text Enter Customer Contact. The system notes your entries. You only save the customer contact when you exit Process Receivables and return to the worklist.

If you have not created any dispute cases or promises to pay, you can return to the worklist without creating a customer contact. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with the quick info text Continue without Customer Contact.
