Use

You can maintain the following translation data with this procedure:

Prerequisites

You are in the translation administration screen .

You scheduled folders for external translation.

Procedure

To maintain translation data:

  1. Select folders that were scheduled for external translation. (Status = Planned).
  2. Choose Folder ® Translation data ® Change.

    3. The Change Translation Data dialog box appears.

  3. Enter and copy the required data.

Result

The translation data is changed and displayed in the translation administration list.
