The overdraft list enables you to create an overview of the accounts whose internal or external overdraft limit has been exceeded.

You can use the SAP List Viewer to design the layout of the overdraft list to suit your own requirements.

Prerequisites

Choose Information System ® Overdraft List to display the overdraft list.

Procedure

You can enter the following to restrict the list:

...

       1.      Specify one or more bank areas.

       2.      Specify one or more account numbers.

       3.      Specify one or more products.

       4.      Specify from when, for how much, and for which currency the overdraft is to apply.

       5.      Select a business partner category.

       6.      Enter the name of the account maintenance clerk/manager or the account holder.

       7.      Enter the business partner key.

       8.      Specify if the external or the internal limit is to serve as calculation basis.

       9.      Choose Execute.

Note

If you use Dynamic Selections you can also set up the account selection to suit your own requirements. For more information, see Information System.

Result

The system displays an overview of accounts whose overdraft limits have been exceeded. Note that if you select more than one currency, the system cannot display the total amount of the overdrawn accounts in the bank area. To display a total amount for the bank area, you need to change the layout with the Bank Area Currency button.

Note that only items from posted IHC payment orders are included. (Applies only to SAP In-House Cash.)
