In the first step, the mySAP ERP DMS Connector for KM checks whether selection variants exist in the logon language of the user. LanguageSchema = EN,FR
The selection variants are determined as follows:
- If the user is logged on in German (DE), and no selection variants are found for this language, then the mySAP ERP DMS Connector for KM searches for selection variants in English (EN).
- If at least one selection variant is found for English, then the document search happens according to the selection criteria specified.
- If no selection variants are found in English, then the mySAP ERP DMS Connector for KM searches for the next language in the LanguageSchema; in this case in French (FR).
