Use

If you have successfully installed the SAP Enterprise Portal 6.0 SP4 (or later), you get the System Administration folder with the portal page for system configuration in your Enterprise Portal. On this page you can make additional settings for Content Management (CM), for the Repository Manager area. For example, determine the parameter values, and choose the services that can be used for the selected documents.

·         SAP Content Management

·         mySAP ERP DMS Connector for KM

Configuration Parameters for mySAP ERP DMS Connector for KM

Note

Not all settings can be changed by the user. However, because these parameters are used by other parameters (for example, OrderOfFieldsInNameProperty), these parameters are displayed for information with the configuration data (for example, DocumentNumber for the document number).

DefaultLanguage

Use

Sets a default value for the language.

If no language environment (locale) is set in the configuration of the portal for a user, the system uses the default value.

Example

Description

Use

LanguageSchema

Use

Determines the language in which the mySAP ERP DMS Connector for KM evaluates the selection variants.

In the first step, the mySAP ERP DMS Connector for KM checks whether selection variants exist in the logon language of the user. If no selection variants exist for the logon language, the mySAP ERP DMS Connector for KM finds selection variants in the specified sequence for the languages entered here.

Example

LanguageSchema      =    EN,FR

The selection variants are determined as follows:

-          If the user is logged on in German (DE), and no selection variants are found for this language, then the mySAP ERP DMS Connector for KM searches for selection variants in English (EN).

-          If at least one selection variant is found for English, then the document search happens according to the selection criteria specified.

-          If no selection variants are found in English, then the mySAP ERP DMS Connector for KM searches for the next language in the LanguageSchema; in this case in French (FR).
