Displaying and Editing Section 88 Investments 

Use

This Employee Self-Service scenario enables you to modify and display your Section 88 investments for the current financial year. For the previous financial year, you can only display the data.

Prerequisites

You must have an SAP user that is directly linked to your employee master data in the Communication Infotype (0105) Subtype 0001.

Procedure

...

       1.      Access your company intranet and choose the ESS for Section 88 investments.

The system displays an Overview screen.

       2.      Select the financial year for which you want to modify or display your Section 88 investments.

       3.      Select Change or Display.

       4.      If you select the Change option for the current financial year,

...

                            a.      A Details screen will appear, where you can enter the proposed amounts against the respective Section 88 investments.

                            b.      Save your entries.

If a Section 88 investments record does not exist for you, the system will create a record when you select the Change option.

       5.      If you select the Display option for the financial year, a Details screen will appear, which will display

...

                            a.      All the proposed/actual Section 88 investment entries in case of the current financial year.

                            b.      All the actual Section 88 investment entries in case of the previous financial year.

       6.      Select the Back option to go back to the previous screen.

Result

Any information changed through this ESSscenario is automatically updated in the Proposed contributions section of the Investment Details (Sec88) Infotype (0586) record in the SAP HR system of your company.
