The HorizontalGutter UI element helps you structure the layout and the text parts of Web Dynpro screen, similar to the HTML tag <hr>. You use it to insert additional, vertical spaces between UI elements and to group together elements and texts that belong together. The HorizontalGutter UI element provides different heights: You can display the HorizontalGutter UI element either with or without a separator.
In the design time the tooltip is not checked to ensure Accessibility, since there is no use for a tooltip with this UI element.
