Payroll Accounting Mexico (PY-MX) Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Purpose

This component contains the functions and processes that integrate payroll accounting for Mexico, in accordance with the current legal and functional requirements.

Function

These functions and processes cover the following aspects.

  1. Calculation of employee and employer contributions that depend on the wages paid; e.g. Social Insurance.

  2. Calculation of Income Tax and State Tax.

  3. Employee commercial credits; e.g. FONACOT and INFONAVIT.
