A single role for the Workplace or Enterprise Portal. A person in this
role connects to mySAP ERP for carrying out daily work and is primarily responsible for:
- Processing incoming inquiries, quotations and sales orders through phone, fax, e-mail and printed mail
- Answering product, price and order status related questions
- Preparing quotations and sales contracts
- Taking orders and ensuring successful order processing, for example
taking care of completeness of sales documents or releasing delivery blocked orders
- General sales support, for example maintenance of customer pricing conditions
- Preparing reports and analyses for the sales manager and the sales team
