Procedure documentation Creating Condition Histories Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You need a complete statement of the condition changes for auditing purposes. These reports enter and display conditions even if they have been deleted or have not yet been used. This enables you to create a complete condition history for auditing purposes, which does not omit any details.

Procedure

The reports document the history for the standard and individual conditions, as well as for the condition assignments. In addition, the reports evaluate the document file. You can generate the histories in the variant with the Structure linkSAP List Viewer to archive the data.

¡        Condition assignment: to condition area, condition group category and condition group, to a user who made a change, or to a document number.

       4.      Choose Execute.

The system displays an overview of all changes from the selected time and the additional restrictions.

       5.      Choose Display Document.
