Use

You can use this business package to integrate the Self-Service Administrator role into your portal. By implementing this role, the Self-Service Administrator can adapt and configure the Self-Service applications to meet the specific needs of your enterprise.

The business package is aimed at system administrators who perform system configuration tasks. For more information, see the documentation on the Self-Service Administrator role.

In particular, the business package supports Self-Service Administrators in performing the following tasks:

      Developing and configuring Self-Service applications using the Structure linkFloor Plan Manager (FPM), the central component for Self-Service applications.

      Using pattern-based programming and the Self-Service pattern as a general blueprint for all Self-Service applications.
