Technical Realization
(LO-LIS)
If an event is triggered, then the object type (MCYA), the object key and the event itself are transferred
The following elements have been defined for the object type MCYA:
Object key: |
Number of the exception |
Event: |
fulfilled |
An event parameter container is transferred along with the event to the workflow that has been started. In the element TextFieldLngth255, this container includes all characteristic values to which the exceptional situation applies and the key figures that were checked, in the form of a character string. The information in the container is therefore relatively unstructured, yet corresponds exactly to the information that can be sent as a mail in the Early Warning System, if an exceptional situation arises. In a mail you can therefore view the exact structure of the information transferred tow orkflow (the separators used, etc.). In order to define a workflow, you need to know the exact structure of the information in this element of the event parameter container. You then need to use self-defined methods to identify and extract the individual characteristic values from the character string, in order to be able to define the appropriate subsequent steps for specific characteristic values in the workflow.
