You can use the various methods of the business object Store Order Service (BUS6032) to exchange store order data with external communication partners. There methods available include:
● Create: request for generating follow-on documents
● StoreorderChange: request for changing existing follow-on documents
An external communication partner can use this method to generate follow-on documents for a store order. The following documents can be generated in line with the document category:
● Purchase requisition
● Purchase order (also referencing a purchase requisition)
● Delivery
● Sales order
An external communication partner can use this method to request the change of existing follow-on documents. The document item to be changed is determined by the document category, document number and the item number. Changes can be made to all follow-on document types.
If a store has transferred a store order to the central system and a purchase order has already been generated as a follow-on document for the store order, the store, for example, can use this method to change the quantities in the purchase order based on a further store order.
