The System Analyzer, which is supplied as part of the Enterprise Portal installation, provides important pre-installation information if run prior to installing SAP Enterprise Portal. Running the Analyzer with the appropriate tests verifies that all the portal prerequisites are in place.
The Support Desk allows portal users to contact their internal support organization directly from their regular work areas and provides help desk employees with a fully integrated message handling system. For detailed information see Creating a Service Message.
