Interface SRS_PDC_GR_OUTBOUND 

Integration

The RFC modules SRS_GR_OUTBOUND, SRS_PDC_GM_STRUCTURE, SRS_PDC_GM_MATDATA_OUTBOUND and SRS_PDC_GM_OUTBOUND provide the interface with all the data needed to use the PDC Goods Receipt function in the PDC unit.

Prerequisites

To be able to use the module, you have to define an RFC destination in the ERP system that is assigned to your target system.  The target system may be a connector or another non-SAP system (for example, a PDC server). You must maintain partner and port profiles for the RFC destination.

Features

Using RFC module SRS_PDC_GR_OUTBOUND the following formatting is transferred to the interface:

●     Purchase orders

●     Article documents

●     Deliveries

●     Handling units

●     Customizing data

For each format type, module SRS_PDC_GR_OUTBOUND must be called up once for each site.

For each format type, you can transfer your own, additional data to the PDC units.  You can use special BAdIs for this.

In outbound processing, any errors that occur are logged in the application log (transaction SLG1) under object W_SRS and subobject PDC_GR.
