The Software Life-Cycle Management (SLM) scenario provides administration of SAP products and landscapes in real customer-specific system landscapes.

Companies and organizations can manage SAP software in their system landscapes by performing implementation tasks, such as planning changes, setting up new systems, copying existing systems or supporting the creation and distribution of changes in the system landscape. Companies and organizations can carry out software maintenance tasks by importing Support Packages, corrections or upgrades to new versions.
