Transport and Change Management 
Any changes
that you make to programs and system configurations are recorded by the SAP
system in the 
Change and Transport
System (CTS).
Any changes to Repository objects that you manage in the CTS apply in all clients. However, you can also make client-specific developments and transport them into the relevant clients only.

Organizer
Transport Organizer manages the software changes you make in an SAP system in
change requests.
Transport Management
System (TMS)
Transport Management System accepts released change requests from the
Transport Organizer and transports them through the configured system
landscape until they reach the production system.
As well as the transport of software changes, you also use the TMS as a tool for configuring system landscapes.

You use the Transport Management System to perform the following tasks:
