Displaying Stocks in SAP Retail Store

Use

The stock overview provides you with current information on the stock of a particular article at all organizational levels. It tells you what quantities of an article are held at what storage locations or sites, and the type of stock concerned.

Procedure

Select the merchandise category or article(s).

You can further restrict the selection of articles by:

Vendor (vendor number)
Vendor sub-range (number)
Season (number)
Season year
Price band category (number)

You can further restrict the selection of sites by:

Site groups
Sales organization
Distribution channels
Site (= store)

You can also control the selection of stock types. In most cases, however, you should adopt the default settings.

You can change the list display, but in most cases, you should not need to do this.

Choose Execute report.

The system starts the analysis.

If you want to display more detailed information, click on the point you want to see in greater detail.

The system then displays this point in red italics.

Navigate using the characters in the top screen list.

If you move the mouse pointer over the screen elements, the system displays help text on the navigation options.

Results

The system displays the current stock figures for the various stock types.
