This function enables you to display allocation tables for specific stores and enter replies within SAP Retail Store. It is used for the following purposes:
· To provide information on existing allocation tables for a store
As a result, the head office does not have to provide information about the allocations in writing or using IDocs (allocation table notifications).
· To report quantities requested in allocations
Changes can be made as long as the confirmation date is not exceeded. As a result, the store does not have to inform the head office of its requested quantities in writing or using IDocs. This also provides the store with an easy way of changing requested quantities that have already been entered, and as a result quickly react to any changes that may have been made to planning data.
Intranet component
Your company office must use the Allocation component to distribute merchandise among stores.
The Customizing settings for allocation tables must be maintained. For further information, see SAP Retail Store in the Implementation Guide (IMG).
Users of this function are store associates who are responsible for planning deliveries to the store.
Two authorization objects are needed to use the function. The first is authorization object W_TRAN_CCR, in which authorization for performing transaction WA14 (display and confirm allocation table) is defined. The second is authorization object W_AUFT_RMB, which defines whether a store is authorized to display or confirm.
A number of Customizing settings are relevant for this IAC. These include allocation table types, notification categories anditem categories. These settings determine whether allocation tables can be displayed and quantities reported for them. For further information, see Customizing for allocation tables under Materials Management ® Purchasing ® Allocation ® Allocation Table.
The current date is the default for the start of the delivery period. This setting is used even if you over-write it with a space.
The same features are offered as in transaction WA14 (Allocation table, communication per site). The main differences are in how the data is displayed.
The service name of this Internet Application Component is WSAU. You can find all the related files under this service name in SAP@Web Studio.
