Markdown Price Plan Processing 

Use

When you process markdown price plans in the Price Planning Workbench (PPW), you can change or reject markdown proposals.

Prerequisites

You have created a markdown price plan.

Features

If the system has transferred related markdowns from SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BI) to SAP ECC, you can copy these to the price plan and process them.

Related markdowns are markdowns for variants that belong to the same generic article as the markdown proposal of the price plan, but that have not fallen short of the target sales ratio.

You can use a Business Add-In (BAdI) to change the determination of related markdown proposals shipped with the standard system.

·        You can reject markdown proposals.

The system flags the markdown proposals as rejected. You can delete rejected markdown proposals during reorganization.

·        You can change markdown proposals. Functional integration means that the same change options exist here as for the sales price calculation, for example, the direct entry of new prices, percentage or absolute price changes, and price point group changes.

·        You can reset markdown proposals that you have changed so that they return to how they were originally.

·        You can change the markdown reason that is defaulted based on the price planning type.

For price changes and changes to the markdown reason, you can the use mass change function for markdown items.

Activities

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics ® Retailing ® Master Data ® Price Planning ® Price Plans ® Edit.
