Additionals: Generation of Additionals IDocs 

Use

You can generate additionals IDocs both in the additionals monitor and using a separate report (program RWRF_ADDI_IDOC_GENERATE). Unlike the additionals monitor, this report provides enhanced selection options and generates the additionals IDocs immediately, without displaying them in a list first.

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics ® Retailing ® Sales ® Additionals ® IDoc Request ® Documents (transaction WRF_WTR3) to start the report.

Integration

If you do not want to create additionals IDocs immediately, and would rather display them first, use the additionals monitor: On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics ® Retailing ® Sales ® Additionals ® Edit ® Additionals Monitor.

Prerequisites

You can only use the transaction for immediate creation of additionals IDocs if you have configured your system as an SAP Retail system.

Selection

In addition to the selection options contained in the additionals monitor, the report enables you to select using the additionals merchandise category.

Generating additionals IDocs

You can trigger the process manually or schedule the report.

If you use background processing, you can use parallelization options, for example, for the number of processes and the items per process.

Processing errors

If the generation fails, the system issues a message:

·        in a dialog box in online processing

·        in the application log in background processing
