Processing a Promotion Price Plan 

Use

When you process promotion price plans in the Price Planning Workbench (PPW), you enter the price-related data for the promotion. You also enter article-related control parameters for subsequent processing of promotions.

Prerequisites

You have created a promotion price plan.

Features

·        In the work area, you can change prices for articles and organizational levels. Functional integration means that the same change options exist here as for the sales price calculation, for example, the direct entry of new prices, percentage or absolute price changes, price point group changes.

·        If you use the budget function, enter planned quantities for the budget calculation. The Quantity Rule for the budget update when activating promotion price plans is predefined by the price planning type, however, you can change it.

·        For quantity planning of a promotion, you can specify the minimum purchase quantity and allocation quantity for each article.

·        You can change the markdown reason that is preassigned with the price planning type.

For the processing options mentioned here, you can make mass changes for article items.

·        You can still edit a promotion price plan if you have already carried out subsequent processing for price plans.

Activities

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics ® Retailing ® Master Data ® Price Planning ® Price Plans ® Edit.
