Use

You can change pricing documents after the fact in pricing document processing.

Procedure

  1. To select the pricing document you want to change, choose Pricing ® Change pricing document.
  2. You can either enter the pricing document number directly or display a list of pricing documents and then select the one you want.
  3. Make the necessary changes.
  4. Save your entries.

When pricing documents are changed, information on the date of the change and the person responsible for the change are stored in the document.

Note

Saved items can only be cancelled if the conditions belonging to them have not been changed. A possible example would be sales prices being recalculated and the validity area changing.

Items with status C cannot be deleted directly. These items must be cancelled before they can be deleted.

Deleted items can be processed again using the Reset deletion indicator function. The items are given status B.
