Split Valuation for Promotion Merchandise
Use
In retailing, it is common to separate promotion merchandise from normal stock, even though the articles may be identical. Sometimes the labels on the promotion merchandise are changed so that it is clear that this merchandise is to be handled differently.
Since merchandise set aside for promotion is usually sold at a lower price than the normal stock, SAP Retail allows you to value each type of stock separately.
