Monitoring the SAP Web
Dispatcher 
You can monitor the SAP Web Dispatcher from the browser or from the command line program icmon. With the browser use the Web-based interface to administrate and monitor the SAP Web Dispatcher.
SAP recommends you use the Web administration interface. It is easier to use and does not require that you are logged on to the computer running the Web dispatcher.
