Searching for an Employee 
To search for employee:
In the File Maintenance menu, click Employees.
The list of employee files appears in the Employee Maintenance window.
Do one or both of the following:
In the Search By dropdown list, select either Employee Number, Logon ID, or Last Name; in the text field enter one or more characters.
In the Status dropdown list, select Active, Inactive, or All Employees.
Click Search.
A list of employees that match your search criteria appears.
Note
At any time, to list all active employees, click Reset.
