Procedure

To search for employee:

  1. In the File Maintenance menu, click Employees.

    The list of employee files appears in the Employee Maintenance window.

  2. Do one or both of the following:

    • In the Search By dropdown list, select either Employee Number, Logon ID, or Last Name; in the text field enter one or more characters.

    • In the Status dropdown list, select Active, Inactive, or All Employees.

  3. Click Search.

    A list of employees that match your search criteria appears.

    Note Note

    At any time, to list all active employees, click Reset.
