Changing the Appearance of the Document ListLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

You can specify how many objects to display on each page in the Document List. You can change the length of the list at any time and thus configure it to better suit your needs. You can also change how you view items in a folder.

Procedure
Specify the Number of Objects to Display Per Page

  1. From the module header, open the Options menu and choose Settings.

  2. In the Documents Per Page property, specify the desired number of rows to display in the Document List.

    If the configured number of rows is reached, the Document List starts a new page.

    Note

    This property is only relevant for the Details view of the Document List. In List view there are no pages, and a scrollbar is added to the Document List when the page is filled.

Change the Document List View

Two view modes are available for the Document List:

  • Details: Provides detailed information about the items in the Document List.

  • List: Displays the names of the items in the Document List preceded by an icon. This can be useful if your Document List includes a large number of items.

To change the view, in the Document List toolbar, choose Start of the navigation path Views Next navigation step Details/List End of the navigation path.
