Configuring People Explorer Search And Suggestion ProvidersLocate this document in the navigation structure

Prerequisites

You are assigned the portal System Admin role.

Procedure

  1. In SAP NetWeaver Portal, go to Start of the navigation path System Administration Next navigation step System Configuration Next navigation step Provider Configuration End of the navigation path.
  2. In the Search Providers table, choose Add Provider.
  3. In the Add Search Provider dialog box, choose People Explorer .
  4. (Optional) In the Search Providers table, set People Explorer as the default search provider.
  5. In the Suggestion Providers table, choose Add Provider.
  6. In the Add Suggestion Provider dialog box, choose People Explorer.
