Workspace Quota

New

Workspace administrators can configure quotas for workspaces. At the top of the workspace screen workspace users can see how much space a workspace is currently using and the allotted quota. In the Workspace Settings screen users can request additional space.

Configuration User Interface

New

A new user interface is provided for all the enterprise workspaces configuration properties.

The configuration screen is divided into tabs, where each tab represents a category, such as custom screens or features. The properties are divided between the tabs, according to the category to which they relate. Each tab requires either Workspace Content Administration rights or Workspace System Administration rights to view and access it.

If you have custom CSS files, when upgrading from enterprise workspaces version 1.0 SPx, to a higher version, such as 1.1, you need to upgrade the CSS files to a higher version of Flex.

Enterprise workspaces come with a module template named BEx Query. You use this module template to create modules that access an SAP Business Explorer (BEx) query.
