When a module template is based on an iView or a page, you can synchronize the template properties with the properties of the source iView or page, in case it was updated. The synchronization does not override the values of properties that were changed in the template by the workspace content administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the portal, navigate to   Workspace Content Administration   Module Templates  .

    Note Note

    When a user has both the Workspace Content Administration role and the Workspace System Administration role, then the navigation path is:   Workspace Administration   Module Templates  .

  2. From the Available Module Templates table, select the module template to synchronize.

  3. Choose Sync.
