The opening page of a personal workspace is composed of an image, an introductory sentence, some additional information in bullet format, and a button for creating the personal workspace.

You can customize the opening page of a personal workspace:

  • To modify the image, you need to modify the image defined for sapPersonalWorkspaceCreatorImage in the SAPEnterpriseWorkspaces.css file. For more information, see Customizing Flex Styles.

  • To modify the introductory sentence and the additional information, you need to change values of configuration properties, as described in the procedure below.

Prerequisites

You are assigned the portal Content Admin role.

Procedure

  1. In the portal, navigate to   Content Administration   Portal Content  .

  2. In the Portal Catalog, choose   Portal Content   Portal Users   Workspace Users   iViews   Create Personal Workspace  .

  3. In the context menu of Create Personal Workspace, select   Open   Object  .

  4. Configure the properties and save.
