Customizing E-Mail Notification Templates 
The templates of e-mail notifications are stored as text attributes on a dedicated iView, which is deployed as part of the initial content of enterprise workspaces. You can customize the e-mail templates by editing the iView in the Property editor.
You are assigned the portal System Admin role.
You are assigned the portal Content Admin role.
In the portal, navigate to .
In the Portal Catalog, choose .
Open the Mail Messages Container iView.
In the Property Category dropdown list, select either the Mail Content or Mail Subject category.
Edit the relevant messages.
The message content can use HTML syntax.
The message subject must be plain text.
Save your changes.
Note
After changing a template, you must translate the new template to the other languages used in your enterprise workspaces environment. This is done using the translation worklist feature. Note that only the messages you edited will be available for translation.
