Uploading Documents 
You can upload documents, or any other kind of file, from your file system to a Document List to make them available to all members of the workspace.
Caution
Consider the nature of the content in the workspace and make sure that all of the workspace members are authorized to view or access this content.
From the Document List toolbar, choose .
The file selection dialog box of your operating system appears.
Select a file and choose Open.
The file is added to the Document List.
Repeat to add additional items to the Document List.
You can also upload individual documents, or several documents at once, using the Web Folder view.
From the Document List toolbar, choose
(Web Folder).
The folders and documents in the Document List open in a Web folder.
Copy the required documents from your local machine and paste them directly into the Web folder.
In the Document List in the workspace, choose
(Refresh).
The documents that you added to the Web folder appear in the Document List.
You can cut and paste objects in the Web folder view to organize the content in the folders of the Document List. Refresh the Document List to see your changes.
