Triggering the Archiving of KMC Data 
As a system administrator, you can trigger the archiving of the KMC archiving objects that have been marked for archiving by content administrators. To do so, use the Trigger Archiving report. You can either start the report immediately, or define a schedule for the archiving process.
Prerequisites
You have the System Admin portal role assigned to your user.
Procedure
In the portal, navigate to
System Administration 
System Configuration Knowledge Management 
.In the navigation panel, choose
Related Links Archiving Tools Trigger Archiving .Choose Start and specify a name for the report.
Configure the scope and parameters of the report according to your requirements, and then select Archive on the Commands tab page. For more information, see Trigger Archiving Report.
To run the report, choose Start.
Result
The system archives the KMC archiving objects that match the criteria defined in the report configuration.
