In SOA Manager (transaction code SOAMANAGER), on the Services Registry tab, choose Services Registry.

On the Published Entities tab, search for the Web service you want to delete.

If you want to delete all publications from one system, you can do so on the Publishing System tab. Select the system and choose Delete.
