Displaying Web Content with Dynamic List on a Page
You can use the Dynamic List to visualize a list with links to the Web forms within a page. These Web forms are stored in the KM folders. Every item of the Dynamic List represents a single Web form and allows access to it. By default, the items in the list are displayed with a title, an image, and a short description. When you choose an item from the list, the corresponding Web form is displayed in a new detailed window.
In the standard delivery the Dynamic List can display an Article from the Web forms delivered by SAP. If you want to display in the list your custom forms and they are structured differently from the Article, you must work through some configuration steps.
In the Content Editor, open the page content for editing.
From the Content Templates section, drag the Dynamic List onto the page.
In the Dynamic List, choose Options and then choose Settings.
The Properties editor opens in a separate window and you can specify the relevant values for the properties of the Dynamic List.
