Use

If you have modified copies of the SAP standard templates (SAP prefix in the technical name) to meet your company-specific requirements, you can hide the SAP standard templates so that they are no longer available for users to select.

Procedure

       1.      In the portal, choose System Administration → System Configuration → Knowledge Management → Collaboration.

       2.      Switch on the advanced options.

       3.      Choose Room and Room Part Templates.

       4.      Activate the required options to hide the templates:

Users cannot add any room part templates delivered by SAP to rooms.

Hide room part templates delivered by SAP

Users cannot create any rooms based on the room templates delivered by SAP.

Hide room templates delivered by SAP

Users cannot use the room templates delivered by SAP to filter the room directory.

Hide room templates delivered by SAP in the room directory
