Configuring User Mapping 

The user name and password of each user must be mapped to the service provider.

 

Procedure

User Mapping As Administrator

...

       1.      Choose  User Administration tab.

       2.      Choose User Mapping tab.

       3.      Search for the user’s ID. 

When the user’s ID is found, it appears in the Name – ID list below.

       4.      To the right of the user which you want to map, choose Edit.

       5.      In the System dropdown box, select the particular service provider that requires user mapping.

       6.      Enter the user name and password for the service provider.

       7.      Choose Save.

Result

The user name and password for a user is mapped to the service provider.
