The discussion service determines the properties and behavior of discussions.

Service that
provides a text editor for entering discussion posts instead of the HTML
editor for security reasons. This removes the possibility of inserting URLs or
JavaScript to manipulate and illegally analyze discussion posts.

Configuration
To configure discussion services, choose the following path in the portal: System Administration → System Configuration → Knowledge Management (→ Configuration) → Content Management → Repository Services → Discussion Service.
Structure
A discussion service has the following configuration options:
