You use this procedure to create a namespace to uniquely identify an object in the ES Repository.

Prerequisites

  • You have created a software component version.

  • If you want to use a software component version created by another user, you have obtained the create and edit permissions for the same.

Procedure

  1. Select a software component version, in which you want to create a namespace.

  2. From the context menu of the software component version, select Open.

  3. In the Details section, choose Edit.

  4. In the Namespace List section, choose Add to insert the required namespace into the table.

    Note Note

    Once you have added more than one namespace you can change their order of appearance by selecting Move Up or Move Down.
