Output Control of Spool Requests and Output RequestsLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

Every user can manage his or her own spool and output requests in the Output Controller. Call the output controller using transaction SP01 ( Start of the navigation path Tools Next navigation step CCMS Next navigation step Spool Next navigation step Output Controller End of the navigation path) or in the system by choosing Start of the navigation path System Next navigation step Services Next navigation step Output Controller End of the navigation path.

You require administrator authorization to access other users' requests.

In the output controller, you can:

Caution

Requests that have already been passed by the SAP spool system to the host spool system (operating system spooler) cannot normally be deleted.

The only exception is the use of output management systems that offer this feature.
