You can assign a table or a view to an entity type with the Dictionary Assignment function. You can also note tables for future use.

Displaying the Dictionary assignment of an entity type
If there is an entry under
Assigned Table/View on the definition screen for an entity type, you can access the screen
Table/View Assignment by choosing
