Procedure documentationViewing the System Information for the Wiki Application Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

As an administrator, you can view system information as defined in either the startup file or the database during setup. This is helpful for support and troubleshooting purposes.

Procedure

  1. From the wiki administration console, choose   System   Management   .

  2. In the navigation pane, choose System Information.

  3. View the information in the following sections:

    System Information Section

    Description

    System information

    Includes information about the system configuration directory, the system uptime, the operating system, and so on.

    Note Note

    You can change the country database version. To do this, choose Update Country Database.

    Data source information

    Includes the database name and version, JDBC driver and version, number of connections, and so on.

    Java system properties

    Includes information on the values of Java system properties.
