You can schedule task to run on the wiki system to automatically perform certain activities.

Prerequisites

The use of tasks in the wiki application requires development. If you need to implement tasks, contact your SAP consultant.

Procedure

  1. From the wiki administration console, choose System Management.

  2. In the navigation pane, choose Scheduled Tasks.

  3. To schedule a task, proceed as follows:

    1. Under Class Name, add the fully-qualified class name of the task.

    2. Under Schedule, enter the start date and time.

    3. Choose Add Task.
