You can undo and delete one or more translation performance datasets for a particular target language.

When you select a translation performance dataset and choose Undo, the system deletes the translation performance dataset without deleting the translation performance data that belongs to it. You can then use the translation performance data as part of a new translation performance dataset for a different period.

When you select a translation performance dataset and choose Delete, the system deletes the translation performance dataset and all translation performance data that belongs to it from the database.

Prerequisites

To be able to do this, the following roles must be assigned to your system user:

  • SAP_TRANSLATOR

  • SAP_TRANSLCOORD

  • SAP_TRANSLSUPERCOORD

  • SAP_TRANSLENV_ADM

Procedure

To delete or undo the last translation performance dataset:

  1. Call transaction SE38.

  2. Enter report name RS_TPMO_DELETE in the Program field and select Execute (Execute).

    The system displays the Delete/Undo Translation Performance Monitor Dataset screen.

  3. To delete one or more translation performance datasets for a particular target language, select the Delete radio button in the Action group box.

  4. To undo one or more translation performance datasets for a particular target language, choose the radio button Undo in the Action group box.

  5. Use the input help for the Target Language field to select the target language for which you want to delete or undo a translation performance monitor dataset.

  6. Use the input help for the Dataset field to select the dataset(s) you want to delete or undo.

  7. Choose Execute (Execute).
