Scheduling Creation of Translation Performance Datasets 
To schedule the creation of translation performance datasets, you must:
Activate translation performance data recording
Schedule regular transfers of translation performance data
Schedule intervals of translation performance datasets.
When you activate translation performance data recording, the system starts to record data on translations entered in transaction SE63.
When you schedule transfers of transaction performance data, the system starts to cumulate data on translations entered in transaction SE63.
To display data on translations entered in transaction SE63 during particular intervals, you must schedule intervals of translation performance datasets.
Your translator profile is assigned authorization object TPMA with the value 01.
You are advised to schedule translation performance datasets to be created once a day, at a time when users are not translating in the system, such as at night. To schedule translation performance datasets:
Access transaction SE38
Enter report name RS_TPMO_CREATE in the Program field and choose
(Execute).
The system displays the Create Translation Performance Monitor Dataset screen.
Leave the With Accumulation checkbox selected.
In the Target Language field, enter the language for which you want to create translation performance datasets. The multiple selection pushbutton enables you to enter more than one language. If you leave this field empty, the system creates translation performance datasets for all language defined in the translation environment.
Choose .
The system displays the Background Print Parameters dialog box.
Choose
(Continue).
The system displays the Start Time dialog box.
Choose the Date/Time pushbutton.
Enter a date and time for the first job next to Schedule Start.
Choose the Period Value pushbutton.
The system displays the Periodic Values dialog box.
Select the internal at which you want to schedule the report.
Choose
(Save).
Choose
(Save).
The report is scheduled to run in accordance with the criteria you specified in transaction SE38.
If you later decide you do not want to record and store translation performance data in your system, deactivate the translation performance monitor:
Access transaction SE38.
Execute report RS_TPMO_STOP.
