Procedure

Call the SAPphone interface.

Create Note

  1. Switch to the tab page Services.

  2. Enter a title and a text.

  3. Confirm the dialog box.

    The note is linked to the current call.

Displaying Notes

  1. Switch to the tab page Services .

  2. The notes for the current call are displayed.

  3. You can select, change or delete a note by double-clicking.
