To allow mass creation of devices, you associate a receiver generation data object to a Receiver Meta Model (RMM) by mapping the data object node attributes with the attributes of the RMM.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE) and start transaction SDOE_WB.

  2. Choose Receiver Meta Model from the drop-down list.

  3. Search for the RMM you want to which you want to associate a data object to.

  4. Select the RMM from the search results.

  5. Choose   Meta Model   Change

  6. Choose the Data Object Association tab page.

  7. Choose Insert Row.

  8. Enter the following details:

    Field name

    Description

    User action and values

    Comment

    Software version

Specifies the name of the Software component version of the data object

Enter the name of the software component version.

In addition, you can choose F4 to select software component version from the list.

By default, REG category is specified which indicates that the data object belongs to the receiver generation category.

You can associate only the data objects that belong to the Receiver Generation category.
